The app also revealed a new Discover tab for iPhone as an early test build. This tab is being added to the app’s front page. Now they are trying to include a vertical video feed similar to TikTok’s successful design. This feature allows the users to swipe through rapidly. It is quite similar to TikTok’s interface.

However, the app authority has not cleared whether the feature is slated for a wide release or just introduced as a test. This feature is now available for Apple’s name for early-adopter beta versions of apps.

The inventor of the hashtag, Chris Messina first discovered the feature. Chris posted a short video to Twitter that explained the new system of the app.

A spokesperson from Spotify said, “At Spotify, we routinely conduct a number of tests in an effort to improve our user experience,” The statement also explained, “Some of those tests end up paving the way for our broader user experience and others serve only as an important learning. We don’t have any further news to share at this time.”
