During the Epic Games legal battle, Apple has banned Fortnite from App Store. They said that those who have already downloaded the game on their Apple devices can be able to use it However, they will not receive any updates.

Previously, the fame app Fortnite was removed from Apple’s App Store last year. At that time, Apple claimed that it violated the Apple policy by launching its own in-app payment system. Apple charges a 30% commission on all in-app purchases. If any app wants to bypass it, they identified it as a policy violation.

But Epic Games recently accused Apple of running the App Store as a monopoly. After that, a US court ruled that Apple could not stop app developers to maintain a third-party payment option. However, the court also said that Epic failed to demonstrate Apple was operating an illegal monopoly.
