More Than 20 Employees Have “Exited” From Activision Blizzard
Gaming giant Activision Blizzard revealed that more than 20 staff have left the company. The incident happened after numerous sexual harassment and discrimination claims. It is heard that some high-profile game developers were also left the company.

Last few months, the company has experienced a handful of lawsuits and claims about its allegedly toxic workplace environment. Now they are explaining in a letter to staff that about 20 other employees have faced disciplinary action. However, Activision did not explain whether it fired any specific individual or any of those employees were connected to any allegations.

Activision Blizzard said, “earn our team’s confidence that, when they speak up, they will be heard”. They also revealed that they are going to hire 19 full-time employees and working on creating a “more accountable workplace” for their employees.

The chief compliance officer of Activision, Frances Townsend said, “We call it as we see it. It doesn’t matter what your rank is, what your job is. If you’ve committed some sort of misconduct or you’re a leader who has tolerated a culture that is not consistent with our values, we’re going to take action. The impact on the business is not a consideration.”
