Penn State PRO Wellness Mentorship Program

Penn State PRO Wellness has received a $100,000 grant from the Moses Taylor Foundation to launch a mentorship program for school-based nurses in northeastern Pennsylvania. This one-year pilot program aims to connect experienced nurses with early-career nurses, creating opportunities for collaboration and professional development. The program will develop and implement one-on-one and group learning strategies for nurses in 11 counties across northeastern Pennsylvania, incorporating principles derived from the National Association of School Nurses Framework for the 21st Century School Nursing Practice.

Center for Career Exploration and Development at Ithaca College

Sam Elebiary is joining the Center for Career Exploration and Development at Ithaca College as the Associate Director of Career Engagement and Education. In her new role, Sam will play a key part in the creation, implementation, and assessment of the Center’s strategic vision. She will directly supervise the Center’s Peer Career Advisors (PCAs) and coordinate the program’s hiring process, scheduling, and mentorship. Sam’s expertise and creative vision will continue to support students at Ithaca College in their career growth and development.
